Welcome to Trailhead Printing! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, ordering platform, and in-person consultations. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of Services Trailhead Printing provides custom printing services for individuals, businesses, and organizations. You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Orders and Payment All orders are subject to approval and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before production begins, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience.
3. File Submission and Content You are responsible for ensuring that all files submitted are print-ready and free of errors. While we may offer basic design checks, we are not responsible for mistakes in customer-submitted artwork.
Trailhead Printing reserves the right to refuse any order at our discretion. This includes but is not limited to content that is:
- Unlawful or promotes illegal activity
- Hateful, threatening, or harassing
- Pornographic or obscene
- Infringing on the rights of others (including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights)
- Intended to cause harm or incite violence
4. Turnaround Times and Shipping Estimated turnaround times begin once payment and approved files are received. While we strive to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Cancellations and Refunds Because custom print jobs are made to order, cancellations or refunds are not always possible once production has begun. If you need to make a change or cancel, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to help.
6. Limitation of Liability Trailhead Printing is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including errors in printed materials, shipping delays, or loss of data. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
