Quality Guarantee

At Trailhead Printing, we take pride in the quality of our printed products. We carefully inspect each order to ensure it meets our standards for color accuracy, resolution, and finishing. If you believe your order has a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Reprint Policy

If a production error is confirmed—such as a misprint, trimming issue, or material defect—we will gladly reprint your order at no additional cost. Reprint eligibility is determined at our sole discretion based on photos and/or returned items.

To request a reprint:

  • Notify us within 3 business days of receipt

  • Provide clear photographs of the issue

  • Retain all original packaging and printed items for potential return

Please note: Design errors submitted by the customer (e.g., typos, incorrect layout, low-resolution images) are not covered under our reprint policy. We encourage all customers to review proofs carefully before approving a job for production.

No Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of printed products, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds under any circumstance. Reprints are the sole remedy for orders that do not meet our quality standards.
